Ok I lost 10 kilo's I just tell you what I did.
I started running and cycling extra.
(note: I already cycled half a hour to school forth and back in total a hour)
I also started lifting weights...
What happend ?
I gained muscle and lost weight the more muscle you have the more fat you burn a day.
Most important I did though.
NO CHOCOLATE
NO FAT STUFF
just eat normal
Eat healty stuff
you can better eat a lot of oatmeal then 2 hamburgers!
Ps you won't lose weight fast took me a lot of time. But you don't want it to happen fast. Cause it will bounce back at you.
