| So I just tried meditation. I sat down and said to myself "I'm not getting up from this spot I feel or sense a noticeable change". Guess what.... IT WORKED.... Here is what I did... I youtubed this of course. lol... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0rSmxsVHPEI followed those directions... It took a while, but once I had stopped breathing I felt different... Like I perfectly still. Yet clear. No thoughts. Its like standing in a open room with a echo. I had no desire to breath. I felt still... Its hard to describe... I recommend each of you try this. I will possibly do this everyday from now on... I find it worth it... Also... I didn't know where else this should be posted so I put it in the supernatural. Hope you don't mind... | |

| It's called trance as far as i know. I have experienced it several times, they say it is up to 6 times more effective than sleep. Time feels kinda speeded up when in trance, i thought it ahd only apssed 10 minutes when it had actually passed an hour. Once you go deep into a trance you start to go numb in feets, legs and arms. (hands are a bit more difficult) This is a very wierd but comforting feeling. And when you leave trance you will see different colors. I see blue and green. | |

| yes, I meditate frequently, often with soft music in the background, well it's heavy music like pantera, just played at a low level. It's the best way to clear your mind of anything or actually focus on something important, screw drugs when you can naturally make yourself feel so good. | |

| It took me a hour to calm down enough to enter the meditative state. I'm not necessarily A.D.D. in my actions, but my thought process is certainly frantic. I end up thinking about 12 different topics at once. So you can understand that it took a while... | |
