1. me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship 2. he is really stressed out lately and now his friend has informed me that he has stormed off 3. the last time he stormed off he was gone 4 days without any contact 4. i cant very well help him if i cant talk to him 5. i cant help him when he is so far away physically and emotionally
what should i do?

All you can do is wait.
When he finally comes back don't be super pissed at him. I mean you have every right to be upset but don't go haywire on his a**.
Maybe he just needs some time to think
