Dont be shy about it or not here anyway.
I myself at one time let mself go even though I was injured it is no excuse to over eat and do what I did to myself. Luckily I got it together and lost a lot of weight just by paying attention to what I was eating and portion control with a bit of exercise.
Everyone can lose weight and its far easier to gain than lose but with effort and some faith in yourself you would be amazed at what your capable of.
