Xbox 720 ps4 wii 2

what is your prediction for the new systems theres a rumor that halo 4 will be a launch title i dunno i could care less but i wanna know what yall think cause the have it coming out 2011 thats only 2 yrs away i hope ps4 will beat it out nex gen i think it might be a little 2 l8 im not trying 2 doubt but i mean sony loss 1.1 billion thats a lot and the wii way 2 casual 4 my taste

Already new systems.. with the potential of the current systems, you'd think they'd have more time before they're replaced..

i have a feeling it will be a long time before that will happen. considering the wii's are still high in demand.

we still got time , we don't need a new gen but of course in the future i will be getting the ps4

PS3 only came out in 07, i rather not think about ps4 right now...excecpt that it will be in 3-d

Best decision is to always wait atleast a year before buying a system.. so the consoles will start delivering in 2013 if they do get released in 2011.

The article posted above says they are looking at processors that may be available in 2011-2012.My guess any new systems that come out would be around 2014-2015.Also going by how long systems are usually out before launch of new ones also suggests about the same time frame.The exception is the Xbox 360 which was released around 4 years after the Xbox.

I'm so buying the Furball. Screw the PS3 with it's Blue-Ray! the Furball has the God-Ray! it can take 9,001 times more than the Blue-Ray and it doesn't take forever to load! XD

Well i personal think that since they have updates for the ps3 and the 360 they will end up just making you pay for an update you make the ps3 better or buy a new piece of hard ware the wii on the other hand i could believe it since its the first of the generations of wiis but you have two xboxs and 3 playstations.

Sony said they haven't even gone over anythign for the ps4, they said the ps3 will be here to stay for 5 or so years

Well i hope they make a ps4 because i have a ps3 and it's fun, I'm not A fanboy But i really don't like Xbox, But halo and gears are really there best games so far and i think xbox 720 would just be an upgrade of the xbox 360.....

Repeatedly saying you're not a ps3 fanboy makes you look like a fanboy ^^

Anyway, as more people have already said, I strongly doubt any new console will come out in the near future.

As already mentioned, the xbox was the only console that got a new version fast, but this was because the xbox really failed. So Microsoft learned from their mistakes and got the 360 out about 4 years later.

It's a bit like what happened to the Dreamcast, but with the difference that Microsoft has a way higher budget and could correct their mistake.
